Stasis

Stasis is a wall-mounted bookmark to keep the place of your bedtime reading. The bottom shelf built into the design allows for you to use your phone's flashlight feature as a light source. When installed next to your bed, Stasis becomes the perfect solution for the sleepy reader because you can reach over and place your book by balancing it on Stasis's angled design--no searching for traditional bookmarks, no altering of your book by bending pages and no clutter on your nightstand. Stasis is durable: It is made from laser-cut steel, bent into shape and then finished with a white powder coat. Sixteen-gauge steel was chosen for its rigidity and ability to hold weight while keeping a thin profile. A white powder coat finish was chosen to for its neutral aesthetic in a variety of different environments and for its ability to reflect light.
